Knife Sharpening 101 Class
Are your kitchen knives dull, and you don’t know what to do? That’s okay; we’ve got you covered. In this knife sharpening class, we will teach you the difference between honing and sharpening a knife, and you will learn how and when to do both.
This is an instructional class, and you will not sharpen knives in class. However, we will provide a demo, answer any questions, and make sure you leave feeling comfortable and equipped to sharpen your kitchen knives.
You will leave the class with your choice of a sharpening stone or diamond steel. If you register for 2 people, you will leave with one of each.
The class will be held at the shop located at 339 Belgrade Street. Please do not bring your knives to this class.
